While I’m not a landscape photographer, I do love to capture images of my surroundings whenever I visit somewhere new.
Photographing your local area is always a pleasing activity, especially when it’s as unique as the river estuary of the mighty Thames. The light wasn’t great, but it adds an atmosphere to these shots, I think. Landscape shots taken with a 55-200mm tele zoom on the Fujifilm X-H1
Cappadocia really is a unique place. The landscape is almost surreal, and you can’t help but be drawn in by its beauty. Photos were shot on Fujifilm X-T4 with the revered Fujinon XF35mm f1.4 lens.
Spanning the River Spey, the bridge was designed by Thomas Telford and completed in 1814. It was finally closed in 1972 after being replaced by a modern concrete structure. It’s so photogenic!

Clovelly is a quaint, historic fishing village in North Devon. The village is privately owned and has been in the hands of the same family since 1738. We visited on a cold and drizzly February day, which gave the images a very dark look.
